The Bushnell Pinseeker 1500 is without a doubt the best laser rangefinder on the market. It is great for golfers that want the most effective rangefinder available.
The Pinseeker 1500 is extremely easy to use. Using PinSeeker mode you can point it around the flag until it locks onto its target. It has a very strong laser compared to other rangefinders that can’t measure flags past 150 yards unless the flag is very reflective.  The unit has a manual focus that can aid in drawing in those longer distances faster. 
The PinSeeker 1500 Tournament Edition comes with 2 modes: Scan and PinSeeker. The way PinSeeker mode works is it will give you the distance to the closest object even when there are many objects surround your target such as trees. In Scan mode as you move the rangefinder around it will continuously update the distance when you move from object to object as you hit the button.
It will read distances as far as 1,500 yards away for reflective surfaces, 1,000 yards for trees and 400 yards for flags (flag must be a reflective color such as white). It comes with 7x magnification which is nice for surveying the area around the green for possible areas to avoid. It has RainGuard coating to prevent external lens fogging and is waterproof so you don’t have to worry about dropping it in the pond. It has a rubber coating making easy to grip.
